Terms and conditions of IPS Elektroniklabor GmbH & Co. KG

IPS Elektroniklabor GmbH & Co. KG is the successor to Elektroniklabor Peter Schrems and assumes all business activities with all rights and obligations. The engineering firm Peter Schrems continues to exist and provides planning and consulting services.

The movement of goods is handled by the GmbH und Co. KG.

All business with the Peter Schrems engineering office and IPS Elektroniklabor GmbH & Co. KG is subject to the following terms and conditions.

We deliver exclusively in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Products and Services of the Electrical Industry (“Green Terms and Conditions” – GL) – as of June 2011.

The software clause on the transfer of standard software also applies as part of deliveries.
