The danger when measuring low currents in nano or pikoampere ranges is very high because noise fields of surrounding areas can distort the measuring results and in bad cases they even could become useless. For such applications we offer Faraday cages.
IPS faraday cages are unique due to their customizable connection plate, which offers customers the opportunity to adapt the faraday cage for their special needs.
Our faraday cages are only available with connectors, since they are necessary for the proper function of the cage. Inserting cables directly through openings into a Faraday cage contradicts its function, as disruptive interference from the cables is transported directly into the cage and is distributed there.
For high voltage applications the cage serves as protection against direct contact to the dangerous voltage of the device. For such applications the faraday cage is equipped with a circuit breaker.
