TTM

TTM is a research project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and ZIM. It stands for thermotransfer-moldingprocess and deals with the development of such a process for epoxy molding compounds in direct connection with the development of a characterization system. IPS is particularly involved in the development of a high-impedance potentiostat that is to be mobile and impedance-capable.
